After my first class at the graduate level, The Adult Learner, I was not sure I even wanted to come back and finish.  However, I have never been a quitter and I took my second class during that summer, Team Development and Facilitation.  The instructor was wonderful, the course was engaging, and I decided to continue on the journey I had started.  This course taught me various methods of growth for leaders and increasing strategies while improving relations among team members.  I learned about intergroup, subgroup, and the dynamics of these groups.  I also learned a valuable lesson in regards to working with a team, always be prepared for the person on the team that does not contribute.  A portion of the final project is shown in Appendix A in the attached Program Synthesis.
