The real world experience I have gained so far in my internship experience has been invaluable.  The most important thing I learned with this internship experience is that sometimes things are beyond your control and have to change through no fault of your own.  The internship project is important to Mesalands Community College in an effort to receive accreditation from the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) to offer fully online degrees.  The project is a template for the Learning Management System (LMS), Moodle, that incorporates Quality Matters Rubrics Standards (na, 2018).  This set of standards guides the process of delivering quality and continuity in courses to help the learners be successful in their educational pursuit.  I have also incorporated inclusivity into the template, if the instructors would like to include this in their course.  In my courses I have learned that making the learner feel included is very important to their success.
