I have been asked all of my life, “What do you want to be when you grow up?”  Well, I am grown up and I have experienced many different life paths and I found what I was looking for, I like to teach others.  Therefore, I followed that dream to obtain a Master’s of Arts in Organization, Information and Learning Science (OILS) at the University of New Mexico to enhance my on-line teaching skills.  However, once I started my Master’s Degree, I found that I like to design the courses that I teach and I focused my MA - OILS in Instructional Design and Technology, which will be complete May, 2021.  I not only want to build culturally inclusive courses based on Community of Practice for myself, I want to help others that are unsure of building their eLearning courses.  I have experience in building courses in Learning Management Systems, such as Moodle and Google Classroom.  I am proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs, as that has been my main focus of teaching for several years.  I have excellent written and oral communication skills.
