The needs analysis was conducted to determine how the Moodle course shell would best fit needs of the online Associate of Arts Degree.  This action item will move the College closer to facilitating fully online program efforts, as well as utilizing this capability to offer hybrid courses.

The findings of this needs analysis are expected to influence how Mesalands Community College proceeds with satisfying the Quality Matters Guidelines efforts in all courses.  It will also show that the technology for Moodle will need to be upgraded to the current Moodle platform (V3.8).
